Hi! I’m Rachel.

As a group practice owner of Olive Branch Counseling, therapist, clinical supervisor, and mother, I’ve experienced significant burnout in my career. Having ADHD has proven to be adding hard mode to it all but is ultimately, a rewarding journey worth sticking through. I have discovered that support and guidance have been vital in all aspects of my life.

After having my second child and returning to work, I realized that I didn’t want to give up my passion for leadership, client care, and supervising but also needed to get more time back for myself and my family.

My goal for you is to get important insight into your business and a faster, less stressful process for building a private or group practice.
