Hey, I’m Rachel!

I’m a group practice owner of Olive Branch Counseling, LPC, clinical supervisor, mother, and gamer in my free time.

Having ADHD and balancing parenting and business ownership was like turning the difficulty up to hard mode. I was working 35 hours a week in appointments alone, while managing my practice and overseeing all the business aspects…also…while onboarding therapists for the first time and supervising. I know, I know. It was a bold and messy move.

In typical Rachel fashion, I took on too much and learned a shit ton in the process — slowly figuring out strategies to get back to a balanced life and time with my kids again. Solo and group practice ownership is an exhausting and rewarding journey worth sticking through. I hope to help make it less stressful and messy for other therapists and love to see small businesses thrive!
