Hi, I’m Rachel.

  • I’m a desert girly living in Tucson, Arizona with my 2 toddlers, husband and pugs. I love working with other therapists and you can catch me attempting to garden in the desert or playing video games.

Having ADHD, I had to learn how to navigate business ownership and juggling all the moving parts. I have developed systems and strategies to share with you so you can manage all the things too!

  • I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor and the owner of Olive Branch Counseling, a group therapy practice in AZ.

I opened Olive Branch in 2022 and have learned a shit ton in that time. I worked at a group practice for a year before that, learning from some amazing therapists in that setting.

I primarily work with children, teens and young adults with ADHD.

  • I am direct but kind so you will get lots of feedback, resources, ideas and NO areas of business discussion are off limits. I am transparent and probably overly honest but I think that works well for people who just want to know exactly what they might be up against - good and bad!

how can we
branch out?

I hope to provide you a sense of community and belonging, resourcing you to other people in our field and giving you encouragement and ideas to thrive in your practice.

I love solving puzzles and being given challenges. Whether you need creative strategies for marketing, creating or fine tuning your niche, finding other streams of income or the other 100 things that come with business ownership - I am ready to brainstorm and strategize with you.

I would love to give you insights in the pitfalls and successes of business ownership and support you in your personal and professional goals.

Ask all the questions.
Feel secure in your decisions.

Private practice gets lonely and there can be major decision fatigue.

When you’re the boss, therapist, accountant, biller and marketing department all rolled into one, it takes you away your ability to grow your practice and make bigger picture decisions.
